As of October 5, 2006 all New Construction and Major Renovations must use the Standard 4C Horizontal Mailbox. These boxes were designed to meet and exceed the United States Postal Service specifications. They are safe, flexible and convenient. They also help meet the requirement of the 1:10 parcel locker to tenant slot ratio.
